I doubt they'd give you much for a trade-in (if anything) for your car. Try that cash-for-clunkers program. If not, you'd be best off selling it through the classifieds or somethings.I'd like to get one financed, but I need VERY low payments, like under 200.00. I'd like to use my hunk of junk as a trade in, if that is even possible. If I have to pay cash upfront, I can't do it yet. I know that probably sounds lame.
I'm kind of hoping I can get a Kia. I have heard lots of people complain about them, but I don't know enough about cars to have an opinion. They may be what fits my budget, and if it runs better than what I've got it would be a blessing.
I'd say go for something like a Toyota Yaris or Nissan Versa (the Versa, I hear, is pretty roomy on the inside). Plus, you'll get good gas mileage, and they're very inexpensive, but well-made. Kias are getting better (they do have really good warranties, however), but I'd still steer you to the Yaris or Versa.
