SDA-Mission Funding Sources? Help!

If anyone could point me in the direction finding sources or forms for funding within the SDA church that would be great. I'm a volunteer in Vanuatu and the village I'm living in is SDA they've asked me about trying to find ways to fund projects, so I talked with the SDA headquarters here and they didn't have any forms and limited funds are avaliable on the side of evangelism. But as for a standard church facilities upgrade is that even avaliable?

Telecommunication from the outter islands is relatively hard, letters seem to be the most reliable thing, so I do have access while I'm in the capital for a few days. Any advice or information about this would be helpful, because I've been unsuccessful with finding any kind of avaliable proposal forms.

If they need help with improving their church building or building a new church, I would suggest contacting Maranatha Volunteers International:

They provide funds and volunteers for construction projects around the world.

For other funding needs, I would suggest contacting the Adventist headquarters for Vanuatu (which is a part of the Trans Pacific Union Mission). Here is the mailing address:

Thanks, I'll looking maranatha.org and trying to contact the Trans Pacific Union Mission. I've already tried contacting the headquarters, but limited funding for evangelism was basically the only thing avaliable. Otherwise just sending a request letter for assistance to the HQ is the only step we could take and they were clear that funds for other things is very hard to come by.
