Lot's daughters got him drunk and seduced him.

I don't want to sound judgmental at all, please believe me, but I suggest that you read the Bible before you join ANY denomination.

If you read the Bible you will learn a lot of new things (and some things will probably be contrary to what you've "heard"). Then you can make an informed decision as to what denomination YOU feel teaches the truth of scripture.

That's what I did and it was one of the best choices I've ever made.

You may have your own method to reading the Bible, but I read it from the beginning so that might explain why you don't know about Lot and his daughters yet.

If you didn't start from the beginning that would explain why you didn't know about Lot and his daughters because that story is in Genesis.

I pray then I read two chapters from Genesis, two chapters from Job, two chapters from Isaiah, two chapters from Matthew, two chapters from Romans. When I get done with a book a move on with the book after it. I have my own list of what to read.

Don't feel bad. I didn't start reading the Bible cover-to-cover for the first time until I was 32+!
