Scriptures on giving

Jesus is worthy of all love and praise. He deserves our entire heart. Let's grow in giving in all things.

“You shall generously give to him, and your heart shall not be grieved when you give to him, because for this thing the LORD your God will bless you in all your work and in all your undertakings.” Deuteronomy 15:10

"Give to him who asks you, and from him who wants to borrow from you do not turn away." Matthew 5:42

“Every generous act of giving and every perfect gift is from above and comes down from the Father who made the heavenly lights, in whom there is no inconsistency or shifting shadow.” James 1:17

"but you shall open your hand wide to him and willingly lend him sufficient for his need, whatever he needs." Deuteronomy 15:8

Hello @Jamie Daniels, first off, WELCOME TO CF

Since you didn't ask us any questions in the OP, I'll add a couple more "giving" verses into the mix that came to mind, from a slightly different POV

Proverbs 3
9 Honor the LORD from your wealth
And from the first of all your produce;
10 So your barns will be filled with plenty
And your vats will overflow with new wine.

2 Corinthians 9
6 Now this I say, he who sows sparingly shall also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully shall also reap bountifully.
7 Let each one do just as he has purposed in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
