That the fact that a Jewish law which prohibits certain actions means that Jews are prohibited from those actions is a tautology.

The average person understands that a prohibition is a prohibition, but it needs repeating for a gay-affirmer. Rarely does it make any difference though.

The problem with number 39 as I see is that there is no recorded male with male sex. So it appears to me that number 39 isn't based in reality.

These are they who committed the iniquity of Sodom and Gomorrah, the male with the male, for which reason they unceasingly pay the penalties.

The bible says that anyone who lusts it is a sin. This is for the homosexuals as well. Jesus tells us in Romans that it is sin for a person to go after strange flesh. It does say in God's word that God is against homosexuals, but no one fails to read it.
