"So does that mean that there is no such thing as scripture manipulation or that your beliefs must be accepted without any questioning? Because you believe you have the cure and the proper injection."
It would seem that you have missed the point, therefore it would also seem useless to explain my post.

You also said:
"Never trust someone who says, "trust me".
Since I didn't use the phrase "trust me" you must be addressing someone else. However I sure wish I could be so self sufficent that I would never need to trust anyone. Must be a great feeling. By the way have you ever had surgery while under general anesthesia? If so, did you trust the surgeon?

No I did not miss your point, I merely showed the absurdity of your post. You deride all those in the previous discussion yet hold yourself as above the concept of debate. You see yourself as standing with the cure, but all those on the thread could not trust your cure.

If you had addressed your post to DJ I could have understood you position as he clearly contradicts himself in the discussion yet continues the debate.

Yes I have had surgery and I chose a doctor who was recommended by others as evidence is always better then the assertion of "trust me"

There is no absurdity in getting tired of all this bickering.
"You deride all those in the previous discussion yet hold yourself as above the concept of debate."
I'm sorry if you think I "hold myself above the concept of debate." The truth is I fail to see the point in a "debate" that just deteriorates into a pointless argument. Surly all concerned have better things to do with their time.
"You see yourself as standing with the cure, but all those on the thread could not trust your cure."
Perhaps my use of parody was a bit too strong for you. Sorry. I made no diagnosis so I certainly would not prescribe a cure.

"If you had addressed your post to DJ I could have understood you position as he clearly contradicts himself in the discussion yet continues the debate."
As I recall, I did not address my original post to any single poster. For reasons known only to yourself, you chose to attempt to draw me into the debate, which I did not, nor do not, wish to participate in.

"Yes I have had surgery and I chose a doctor who was recommended by others as evidence is always better then the assertion of "trust me"
Well isn't that amazing! So you DO trust other people. However, I still don't know who told you to "trust me," because it sure wasn't me.

I guess I'll just have to blame my original post on a poorly timed senior moment. It must have been all the quibling that got to me. I think I'd better take a nap now and I'm sure the world will look different when I awake.

Doc
