No Walker e-mail for me, either--not even in Spam.

I didn't see anything either. However, I have a couple of spam filters, and spam is regularly deleted without my intervention.

The way I understood it, if you go to "User Panel"-- under the Privacy settings, if you have "Receive site mailings" checked, you can get these e-mails--I got that one ,too. I went in and unchecked it. I guess that is why some did and some didn't get that -email. Those who did not have it checked, didn't get one.

Well - I didn't receive it - and I have checked 'Receive site mailings ' so clearly I would take from that that there's some clever filter that was applied to ensure it only went to USA members
