Laughing at all of it! :D

Adrian Paul is half Italian and half British. But he had that Scottish accent down and they always showed him back in the old days with his blue kilt and his sexy long hair....

Also the books written by Diana Galbedon about Jamie and Clare...

http://www.cco.caltech.edu/~gatti/gabaldon/gabaldon.html

Jamie was a really cool guy. It was a time travel book and Claire went back in time and met him. I think he was a 1600 Scotsman. Anyway, my friend loved the series and got me reading it.

She thought Jamie was cool because he beat his wife-- because back then you had to if they mouthed off -- and in his heart he did not want to hit her.

I stopped reading it and told my friend I hated Jamie. She convinced me to continue and I did find him appealing except for the one time he beat up Claire as that was what was the social standards at that time.

Anyone read them?

AND yes Adrian Paul is VERY sexy. Oh yeah!

In medieval times, when our lads fought the English, it helped scare the opposition.

Well, imagine a team of 10,000 highlanders charging towards you, swords raised, screaming in Gaelic, running downhill with kilts flying.... I think you get the point! :D

I don't think the guys are embarassed. Just see wedding videos when the guys are drunk by the eveing reception and insist on showing their backside to everyone in the vicinity.
