well Inversneckie now, but I was born and brought up in Muir of Ord but thought that no-one would know where that was, went to Dingwall Academy myself from '85-'90 and have lived in Inverness since '92.
Ross County........................not a big football fan any more but my brother in Edinburgh has converted a few jambos to County and their are a few of them now go out in their County tops
I was in the academy 92-94 after we moved from the west coast. Did you ever get Carnie for physics? Oh fiddlesticks!!

Anyone going to the Scotland-Australia rugby game? I'm not, but I went a few years ago - we were beaten, what a surprise!
Hey Jer, I used to work with an old baker who had many sayings, one of which was "following Scotland will break your heart Davie"
how right he was.
His name was Brian Watt and every day he would have a different saying - Wattie's Words of Wisdom we would call it:)

the castle/ old town i havent really explored much

The old town is the best! Especially at night but then it's always full of drunk folk at night. I recommend going on a walking tour of the Old Town/underground city. Best company to go with for that is Mercat.

Or...if you're brave....go on a ghost tour of Greyfriars Kirkyard with City of The Dead walking group. Went on it twice. First class.

EDIT: kilted stranger your sig rocks!!!

I did not want to read through all the pages, so I'm here just to say hi.

I am not from Scotland. I neever been to Scotland (though I am going there soon..) So why post. Because I love Scotland. We have a huge Scottish Falg, we have Scotch-Irish Blood along with other types. I love Scotland. I'm an American, by also a Scot at heart. All you real Scots may hate me, and think I'm crazy, but you wrong.

God Bless Scotland.
