Yet *another* study linking sexual orientation to biology. What will happened when the whole "being gay is a choice" argument is completely debunked?

This link probably won't work correctly as I don't have full permission to post link, but there were about 100 articles about this today.

It's on wired dot com bloomberg dot come abcnews dot com nationalgeographic dot com reuters dot com etc.

Would it bother you if the 'anti-gays' had to rethink their present position?

I'm just wondering where you stand on the issue.

I do accept that homosexuality is not a choice any more then heterosexuality is a choice, it just seems a rather trite explanation that gays are gay because their brains are symmetrical like heterosexual women, and lesbians are lesbians because their brains are asymmetrical like heterosexual men. I was under the impression that psychologists have shown that sexual orientation isn't rigid and divided neatly into two categories. This research seems to contradict that.

Just because something is biological doesn't mean it's completely fixed. A well established example would be height. We are genetically dispositioned for a certain height, but factors (big one: nutrition) can alter it. And, as far as I know, the study didn't look at the brains of bisexuals.
