Scary coincidence

I was writing about my ocd problem in an other site, and as I was describing it, I was ready to wrote the word "movement". At that moment, i think, I heard from a tv commercial, someone saying "bla bla bla bla bla .......with a simple movement"

I started wondering if it was a coincidence. At that moment, I think, the next commercial started playing and someone was saying " bla bla bla bla bla ..... signs of psoriasis"


Was that a coincidence?
