I only felt fear during the actual boat scene,which in fact is totally Hollywood. I have been in the water many times since.

The old film from the 1960? 1970? era . Night of the Living Dead. Ruthless zombies,how it really began eh?

I would like to put a disclaimer on Jaws. Now that I watch it, I can see how cheesy it is, but holy moly, I am still terrified of the ocean because of that movie. I love the beach, but will not step foot in the ocean.

I'm sure I have more, but I have to think on it.

Also, as cheesy as it is, Jeepers Creepers sends shivers up and down my spine too. That man/thing/ is too freakish for words.

Hi All,
I have watched many scary movies but most scary movie I watched is "Night of the Living Dead". Great direction by George Romero and if you are looking for scary movie then I will recommend others to watch this movie.

The Grudge scared me. I think it was b/c there was no escaping the Japanese woman. But, the movie that has scared me the most is Paranormal Activity. I literally had trouble sleeping for about a week after watching that movie.

Event Horizon disturbed me more than I expected it to.
The Shining did too when I was younger. That intro with the music... Spookeh!
The 1982 remake of The Thing, the original Alien film, and the 1978 Invasion Of The Bodysnatchers all had me hiding behind the sofa...
