You are not the first person I've talked to about this concern. I'll tell you what I have said before. People with a hardened heart do not have any questions or concerns about it whatsoever. At least not in my experience. In fact, they will deny it to an extreme and refuse to change or even be concerned, which is the definition of a truly hardened heart
