I LOVED it ! I don't often rave about TV shows, I have a select few favorites, but this has moved into my top 3 faves. (Dr. Who is my top favorite, 3rd favorite is Stargate Atlantis) I really appreciated the edginess to the show. Yeah, there was no question at the sexual activity, but they really didn't show any nudity. The whole point, I thought, was to at first show her desperate need for God & how lost she was, and later when she felt she'd failed it was used to show her vulnerability. I thought this show was not only edgy, but it was funny (I mean, come on, an angel named Earl that chews tobacco. LOL ) , loveable, and even gave me the chills when she was talking with the inmate.
The pilot will run again on Thursday, on TNT, for anybody who didn't get to catch it yet. Its regular night will be on Mondays. What a GREAT show. I really really loved it. It really made me stop & think about how God really has to be loving & understanding beyond our comprehension to be able to forgive some of the people he does. Not only that, but it revealed to me how quick we are to judge sometimes. My 1st impression of her was how trashy she was, but then later it was revealed that she had a past that haunted her & I realized that God (for the purposes of the show) knew what was going on with her back then & how it affected her behavior now. He knows everything. There are people I know who I completely don't get & I can be too quick to judge. Only God truly knows the person. Then again, that said, it's kinda scary to know that God sees everything we do, he knows all there is to know about us.
Gosh, I could go on & on. It's a show that makes you think long after it's gone off. I am really gonna enjoy watching this show. I hope more people really pick up on it & love it too. I want for this little show to do well. It's so different from anything else on TV right now. I really enjoyed it.

I know it's one of those shows where at first you think hmmmm but it makes ya wanna see another episode!
