Until recently, I've never been very Christian, lately however I've become much closer to the Holy Father then ever before in my life.
Well, yesterday, I was leaving walmart preparing for an interview, and as I was walking through the crosswalk, a large speeding SUV slammed right into me. Down I went with quite some force, something that could have possibly killed me.
Honorable bystanders to the incident rushed over to me, police and medics quickly arrived, and I was taken away on a stretcher in a neck-brace to the hospital [quite the bumpy ambulance right I must say].
After hours of x-rays, cat-scans, and a lot of waiting, I learned that, despite the strength of the impact, not ONE bone broke, not ONE bit of internal bleeding. Black and blue though I may be, and my shirt was ruined from blood, I suffered not a single injury besides cuts and bruises.
I truly believe that somebody above was looking out for me, that I somehow escaped the incident with not only my life, but without any injuries even severe enough to hospitalize me overnight.
I certainly felt I must share it here, as I'm absolutely amazed I'm alright!
