How much power does Satan have on earth? How much power does Satan have over believers? How do believer stop his power?

Satan has a lot of Power over the earth right now. He is not omnipotent ofcourse and he is limited, but he has a lot of power nonetheless.
The only power he has over believers I am aware of is the power to Tempt us, and accuse us.
Believers can stop his power only through prayer and the blood of Jesus. We are to bind him in the name of Jesus. Anytime we come up against him it has to be in Jesus' name. We can not completely stop all his actions though. If we bind him in Jesus' name in one instance, that does not mean he wont come back in another situation.
Satan can only do so much to us because we are bought by Jesus' blood. That is something Satan can not penetrate. That does not mean we wont have hardships, trials and tribulations but that he can not defeat believers. Even if Satan were able to take our lives, Jesus would still win because HE has our souls!!!

Satan has no power over believers because He that is in you is greater than he that is in the world (1Jo 4:4). We have power over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). In other words Satan can only do what he is allowed to do and God has given His people power to overcome and be victoriuos and at the time appointed we shall overcome death through Christ because He overcame death and we shall live forever.

as you let HIM (BELIEVE HIM),
so it is with evil.
when you choose to sin,
you are literally taking the chain
that is attached to the demon of that sin
and are attaching it to your throat.
"...what you loosen..."
when you choose YHSHWH (not your sin),
you leave that demon attached to it's chain
which is attached to hell.
"...what you bind..."
Remember,
no one sins unwantingly.
You sin when you choose to.
"Go and sin no more."

Satan has the power of lies and temptation. Sadly that is enough. A little whisper here, a gentle nudge in the wrong direction there is all it takes to make us(humans in general) stumble. The devil has been called the father of liars and I think that is about the best description. The devil has the ability to lie to us. And that power is enhanced when we believe a lie.
In the modern era, I think the greatest lie is that the devil and hell do not exist. It is mighty popular for a reason. People don't want to think about the consequences of their actions. I am no different. I would rather not think of such things. But I know evil is all too real. And if we do not call evil evil then we have lost a good portion of the battle. We need to not be afraid to speak plainly of what is wrong. For if we don't then we are not being the light we are supposed to be.
Satan speaks many lies and seeks to trap us into his realm. Those lies sometimes wrap around us so thick that the truth may be hard to discern. However we have a wonderful light and a wonderful hope. Take hold of the blessing of that awesome hope.
