I do not know all of life’s mysteries, but it seems to me that Satan’s goal is to force us to bow down to him. He can’t show his face here on earth, so he settles for trying to force us to bow down to his chosen ones. What do you think?

I bet Satan works hard to get the worse out of us.Satan would only very rarely need to resort to force to get what he wants from humanity. People are already proud, greedy, and materialistic (among other things)and will easily bow down to many different such idols on a daily basis by choice. You might be interested in reading The Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis if you haven't already.

It seemed to me General Theology was the best forum for this topic.Maybe I should find out if you are over 21 or not ? You put your OP in a section where your views , even when wrong, cannot be debated and cannot be challenged as effectively as if it was in controversial section, or perhaps some other section.
