I'm a BIG Sam & Max fan. I have the Wii version and it's a blast, not to mention hilarious. It's basically a point-and-click adventure where you talk to a lot of crazy characters, pick up various items, and then figure out how to use them.

It's a lot like playing an interactive sitcom. It gets pretty irreverent and bizarre but if that's your type of thing then you'll have fun.
