Jesus is God's word made flesh (John 1:14), or in other words, he is the embodiment of God word, so salvation through us embodying God's word through faith is the same as salvation through faith in the one who is the embodiment of God's word. In other words, the way to have faith in God with all of our heart to correctly divide between right and wrong through His word is by obeying/embodying it and that is the same as having faith in the one who is the embodiment of God's word as being the guide for how we should live our lives. Yet there are many people who say that we are saved through God's word made flesh while deny that we are saved through God word, which is contradictory.

Can you define for us what you mean by "God's word as being the guide" and "God's word made flesh"?

God's word consists of the things that He has instructed, Jesus is God's word made flesh because he embodies everything that God has instructed, and following any set of instructions is about putting our faith in the one who gave them to rightly guide us.

You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me. But you are not willing to come to Me that you may have life.
In Matthew 19:17, Jesus said that the way to enter eternal life is by obeyed God's commandments, and in Luke 10:25-28, he said that the way to inherit eternal life is by obeying the greatest two commandments, so eternal life can be found in the Scriptures and those Pharisees were correct to search for it there, but they needed to recognize that the goal of everything in Scripture is to testify about how to know Christ and come to him for eternal life, which is also in accordance with John 17:3 saying that eternal life is knowing God and Jesus. Jesus is the embodiment of God's word, so the way to know him is by us also embodying God's word through following his example of obedience to God's word. In other words, Jesus is the exact image of God's nature (Hebrews 1:3), so the way to know him is by acting in accordance with His nature through following his example of embodying God's word.

I would study and find out what these verses (Matthew 19:17 & Luke 10:25-28) are really saying.

Again, eternal life is the experience of knowing God and Jesus (John 17:3). The gift of God's law is His instructions for how to have that experience (Exodus 33:13, Matthew 19:17), which is why Jesus said what he did in Matthew 19:17 and Luke 10:25-28. In other words, us embodying God's word is the way to know the one who is the embodiment of God's word, which is eternal life, and which is what those in John 5:39-40 were seeking to find.

I agree. The Word is Jesus Christ of Nazareth, God in the Flesh. The most accurate definition of the word "word" when it is referring to Jesus Christ is "the embodiment of God's word." Jesus is the one who brings God's word to the world and reveals God's love and mercy to humanity. Blessings.

God's word consists of the things that He has instructed, Jesus is God's word made flesh because he embodies everything that God has instructed, and following any set of instructions is about putting our faith in the one who gave them to rightly guide us.
Actually the Word is God, a Person who created all things, who is before all created things and in whom all things exist. He is the source of all life which began in Him. Everything I just stated in in Johns Prologue. He is the Eternal Creator who became man as per John 1:1-14.

So He is God the Word, the living God, the living word. He is the Savior of the world. So saving faith is in the Person we call the Word( John 1:1) which comes through the living word of God the gospel which is all about His death, burial, Bodily Resurrection, bodily Appearances and His Ascension. He died for our sins according to the Scriptures. We are born again through the living and abiding word of God which is eternal as per 1 Peter 1:18-21.

hope this helps !!!

God's word refers to the things that God has spoken, so the fact that created all things through His what He spoke does not mean that God's word does not refer to what He has instructed or that God's word made flesh is not the embodiment of what He has instructed. The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact image of His nature, so the Son is essentially righteousness, holiness, goodness, justice, mercy, faithfulness and other aspects of God's nature embodied into a person who lived in sinless obedience to God's word. God's law is His way (Psalms 119:1-3), the truth (Psalms 119:142), and the life (Deuteronomy 32:46-47), and the way to see and know the Father (Exodus 33:13, Colossians 1:15), and the Son is the embodiment of way, the truth, and the life, and the way to see and know the Father (John 14:6-7), so it is contradictory for someone to think that we are saved through the embodiment of God's word, but are not saved through embodying God's word.

Jesus is God's word made flesh (John 1:14),
No, Jesus is the Word who is God made flesh.

And anything based on this false premise will necessarily be false.

No, Jesus is the Word who is God made flesh.
While that is also true, that does not mean that anything that I said is false.

Au contraire. . .

Jesus never referred to himself as "God's Word" or the "Word of God," and
nowhere in the NT is Jesus called "God's Word" or "the Word of God."
He is "the Word" who is God.

It is not true because it makes Jesus a spoken word rather than the logos of Jn 1:1, which was the Greek concept of God, not a reference to utterance or writing.
Therefore, anything you state based on Jesus is "God's Word," instead of "the Word who is God," will be false.

Lotta' Biblical misunderstanding in your neck o' the woods.

To talk about salvation PRAISE GOD! I understand what your saying but... the word was with God from the beginning and there is nothing made that was not made by Him.. and that word "is" God. One in the same. Here on earth He was had to be fully flesh.

The Word is GOD-John 1:14- the Word is self-executing, understand?

The Word is GOD, the same was made flesh. The NAME of GOD made flesh is JESUS. The Word-the Father-, and the Word made flesh-the Son- are One, and without GOD the Son was anything made that was made, says the Word, GOD the Father.

No man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal Him. Matthew 11:27. BY THE WAY, YHWH is not JESUS, this is a blaspheme. YHWH is the NICKNAME of the father of the Jews-John 8:44-, understand?
