What do we say of an individual who claims to have no comprehension problems then immediately demonstrates a lack of comprehension?

Since you didn't pick up on you should have read between the lines of my conclusion, that detemination isn't in my purview. Adding labels becomes akin to personal attacks, a practice that is against the rules of this forum.

When any says you should "have read between the lines" they are advocating making assumptions rather then going by what the writing said. Not a good practice. I doubt there are any forums on CF that do not use labels as labels are ways of indentifing ideas and concepts and thus intregal to language. To say that labels are akn to personal attacks is to say that the use of language is akin to personal attacks. Again not too good an idea.

If it occured in a vacuum, I would agree - but it didn't. The title only assured sentipente that I had all I needed to determine his intent, which wasn't to discuss. I don't believe I showed a lack of comprehensive skills, as I was accused.
