that is not the point. who knew is not the issue. what was know is. the useage of the term would indicate a prior knowledge. unless you believe that language began at that point.
What kind of an argument is that? Do you think the Egyptians and their Hebrew slaves did not get tired during the week? Do you think they did not sleep at night? This is ridiculous.that is not the point. who knew is not the issue. what was know is. the useage of the term would indicate a prior knowledge. unless you believe that language began at that point.

what are you refering to here clayits amazing how far assumptions will take an argument.... i.e. "Moses who wrote Exodus..." Is that an established fact? I don't believe it is....
there is mounting evidence that Moses did not author the 1st five books of the bible.... given that there are no original manuscripts I am inclined to believe that he did not.....what are you refering to here clay
i tend to agree with you. I believe he edited them. In fact if you get the Defenders bible it goes in to great detail about it. the pharase "and these are the generation of ......" are the writers name and siginature. the word is "toledeath"(spelling is approxamately, as i don't have the bible in front of me.) that is the word generation.there is mounting evidence that Moses did not author the 1st five books of the bible.... given that there are no original manuscripts I am inclined to believe that he did not.....

he may have edited some, but he didn't edit them all given the narrative about his death..... it is clear that several sources were used to compile Genesis given the different styles utilized.....i tend to agree with you.
