He has been soo exhausted all weekend! poor little guy! He was up for 2hrs straight last nite...just crying and crying. I finally got him to sleep with a cup of milk. Then he was up at 6:45am!! i wonder where he gets his energy!! I'm so tired!

I hope all of my fellow SAHMs are doing well today!

thanks...but that will be kind of hard today...by DH is working until 6pm and will not be home until 6:30. So, i have to take care of the boys, get dinner, then get 3 boys bathed, get nick's lunch ready for school tomorrow, then we tuck them all in at 8pm. whew! then i'll be ready for some nice soothing decaf tea! put my feet up on the hassack and lay back to ... watch some mindless crap on tv! LOL! (my DH has to get to bed early to be at work by 6am)...so....i'm all by myself (that is, if FIL goes to bed early, too!)

Sounds like us... dh leaves for work at 7:30 am and gets home 7:30 pm. It works well for us though...

My DH used to work nights, so I'm really not complaining! I love his new schedule. And he only works about 15 min away from home! i really like that too! It's just some days seem harder than others. Those days/nights when you are so tired, and there just doesn't seem that there is enough time in the day to do all that you have to get done that day...you know what I mean?!

BTDT! I think a routine and tools are what's helped us, and I mean radically. I am not happy where we were at a year ago, but I've really learned a lot since then. I've just grown so much!

today is a bit more sane for me...Stephen doesn't have preschool. So I don't have to run today. It's a good thing too! my gas tank is low and we don't get paid until friday! LOL!

i know...it's funny how we learn things even in our "old" age! It keeps our minds sharp! we have to keep up with our children!

I have so much laundry to fold! I am so over laundry! why? why? why? does there have to be soooooo much of it??!!!!!!

I do laundry every other day to keep it from piling up because it will take over our house if I don't.

I do a load of laundry almost every day, I go into the laundry room and survey the different bins (sorted by type of load) and if one is full I wash that one.

Same here... my dh has uniforms for work and so I have to do a load every other day.

ETA: oops every few days... Saturdays, Wednesdays I do darks and towels and Fridays I do a couple loads of lights (the girls have lots of light clothes).

I do laundry about every third day. I just cannot stand folding it all!! and no one helps! that's what frustrates me: the folding!

Putting it away after I'm done is my greatest issue... I have to drag myself! LOL I get 'r done though... just takes major discipline! hahahahah

We all have our struggles.
