Rush claims no evidence

Last week Rush kept pounding on the idea that there is no physical evidence that there was collusion between Russia and Trump. There is no actual evidence that it was Russians who obtained the Pedesta emails. He says the whole thing is a hoax.

Is he wrong?

No, he's not wrong. We have no evidence that Russia tried to influence our election, and it's probable that it was a Russian person hacking the DNC/Podesta.

"Collusion" is not illegal, in any way, BTW.

That is true. There is no way to know if anything would have changed in the outcome if Russia and others hadn't done the things they did.

BTW Facebook isn't a good source.

Why? Do you think that Facebook has something to gain by admitting that they have found where Facebook was used by Russia to try to influence the election?

Rush says a lot of things. That he doesn't have evidence (or that he doesn't believe it) doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

Remember: there are no incentives in Rush's business model for being correct. He is not regularly scored, critiqued, or peer reviewed. His business model is based on his being engaging to listen to, which is itself largely dependent upon his being able to outrage his listeners and to provide some sort of easily-digestible summary of events, as filtered through his political agenda. IOW, he gets paid for saying anything that keeps people listening.

If this went to court Mueller would have to have physical evidence that Trump agreed to give them some sort of compensation, with Putin. So far there does not appear to be anything like that.

I never said anything relationship between Trump and Russia. Only that Russia, the USA enemy, got their choice elected POTUS. Trump was who they wanted and fought hard for by attempting to fool much of American public with propaganda. In the end propaganda appears to have worked and Russian's choice won.

Again, I am surprised so many Americans want to pretend it never happened. I thought Americans would want to get to bottom of this matter. They always act so patriotic.
