My aunt has breast cancer for the second time and this time it has spread to her vital organs and she only has a couple more days left but I just want a prayer for her to pass peacefully. It is her time but I don't want her to suffer more than she has to for her sake and for the sake of the family that is there with her. Please pray for her peaceful passing and passage into heaven.

I lost my mother to cancer a while ago.. I spent the last 9 days

at her bed side to help her pass with peace and prayers. I said
"I love you" a thousand times to her...and held her hand.

It is hard to be with someone that you love as they pass. It is
even harder to not be there. I pray that you can make the time
to stay with your loved ones when they are passing. They need
your comfort.They need your strength.

I stayed up for a long time and went through the worst with her.
Finally, I could not stay up anymore and I told her that I needed
to take a nap,and if she left while I was asleep that it was okay
and that I wanted her to know she was my hero.I fell asleep quickly.

When my mom passed, I distinctly remember a feeling that she
moved right through me. I had dozed off at 4am only for about 15
minutes. When I awoke in a stir about the feeling I had I noticed
she had a very warm smile and was staring right at me. She had
passed..And I knew that she will always be in my heart for ever.

May GOD grant you the strength to be there for your friends or
relatives in a time such as this. May you comfort them through
the COMFORTER in your heart. Grace and Peace be with you. Amen.:priest:

I am just about finished reading a book that was sent to me and my daughter-in-law that is well worth reading. I got a lot of insight as to what my daughter-in-law is going through. It is called 'when GOD & cancer meet' by Lynn Eib. It is a very easy read about Lynn being a cancer survivor and what she has now done with her life. She relates other stories of cancer patients that she has worked with. Some stories are about survivors and some stories are about others that have succumbed to the cancer. I highly recommend it to anyone that is living with cancer or with a loved one that has cancer. I just can't say enough about it.

Praying for all the cancer patients on these threads and for the families of these patients. I am praying for miracles in the lives where that is God's will and for remission in the lives that God will that. I am praying for each and everyone of you to be given a peace that passes all understanding at this time in your lives.

May God's blessings go out to each and everyone of you. Lord hear our prayers. Amen.

I will also pray for you all, I am surviving cancer myself, and only has been a yr. I am still having problems, as I cannot afford my medication, I am suppose to stay on it for 5 yr. Now that my divorce is final, I no longer have insurance to pay for them, and I do not work, I havent been able to work since 1998 due to a head injury that left me with epilepsy. I am standing on a leap of faith, that I am cured of both the cancer and epilepsy since I have no medical coverage to continue to take the medications, which cost about $720 a month. Please stand with me also on this, as I continue to pray for others who are worse off than myself. God Bless.

yes I am in a church family now, thanks to the Father for bringing me there, as I had no place to go, or food, or clothes, this wonderful family took me in and have helped and blessed me abundantly. I am very active in the Church and doing my best to give back to them, what they have given me, and I am growing in leaps and bounds. In fact God has given me a miraculous extreme makeover, and I no longer look like a ghost or down trodden women with no worth, I go to the healing rooms weekly, and people tell me I do not even look like the same women who walked in the church last year, I am getting younger! :prayer: Praise the Lord! I am a new creation, and with the Lord at my side, I can accomplish all he wishes me to conquer... I am on a magic carpet ride for God, he is so awesome!
