CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Totally Pro-Life!!!
My biological mom's husband has suffered with lung cancer for three years and it has now spread to his throat and brain. This past Thursday they gave him 30 days to live, so if you could pray for my family we would all appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

About 5 days ago my friend told me about his uncle who was about to die of cancer. This friend is not a christian. I said to him I would pray for his uncle. We were in a subway and this friend was on his way from school to the hospital to see his uncle. I was on my way home. We were silent and I started to pray in my mind. I said to God: please heal that man completely. I felt in my spirit God answering to me: go in the hospital now and I will heal the man through your prayer. But I was too scared to do that. I said goodbuy to my friend and tried to encourage him.
As I continued my journey home, I felt terrible. I had said 'no' to God's command. I was more afraid of people than Him who can cast my soul to hell. I was caring more about my reputation that about that dying man. I prayed for forgiveness and prayed that God would heal this man in Jesus name.
My friend was saying that the funerals will take place this coming week, even when his uncle hadn't died yet. I don't know if he died already. However, I ask you to join me in prayer to ask for a complete healing to Elie's uncle and that the funerals would be cancelled. Even if he died, we know that God can raise him from dead. Please pray with me that Elie, his uncle and all their family would be saved.

Hey. One of my friend's dad's has cancer. his chemotherapy they found out yesterday wasnt working so they stopped treatment. my friend's finding it really sad and hard to cope with at the moment. please pray that god will be with this family, help them through this difficult time, and if it is god's will that this man will be healed.Pray also that i can be a good supportive friend to her in the best possible way! Thanks guys!

Please pray for my step-dad, who has colon cancer. He has just finished radiation and chemo treatments, and the outlook is not good. It is spreading to other places. My mom has Lupus and is having a hard time herself dealing with this. I wish I could be there to help, but I live almost 2,000 miles away. Please pray for our whole family.

Lord praying for my husbands mom as she has received her 2nd chemo. Lord i pray that she will not have any illnessed due to the chemo. Lord i also pray for any other family member brother sister, aunt uncle mom dad or cousins or nephews. Lord i pray that you will heal every cancer that is around now lord. Lord it is not a word of you it is a word of the enemy. Lord heal them all by your blood and by your grace. Lord some of these people are children of yours heal them in the mighty name of jesus amen
