Roms and emulators

The way I look at it is if a company is no longer making something, you can't "steal" money from soemthing that no longer exists.
If you can't buy it new, I believe you should be able to get it any way you can. I'm sure there are some games that could only be had by way of emulators/roms.

Yup. Don't get me wrong, I agree with you. It can also be a slippery slope for some people however (been there).

Well, I only emulate games that I've acutally owned or still own, or games that are so old that they're impossible to get or never were sold in North America. I dun really see that as stealing though.
