Honestly, by going by your views of sexuality, mankind might as well stop having it all together and die out. Since probably less than 1% of all sex in the world today is "biblically acceptable ", isn't complete celibacy the most honorable life? Let's just put an end to this species and stop sin once and for all. Your God will be satisfied. Pure bliss on Earth.

Until you learn the scriptures, try not to speak on them. You make yourself look foolish.

I really want to know what bible you folks read.

The ONLY restrictions that *I* have found in my many years of bible study for a man and woman under a covenant of marriage is 1) no adultery, and 2) come apart for a time to devote themselves to prayer and fasting.

I havent seen any other restrictions FOR a MARRIED man and woman.
*IF* you HAVE some other restriction from the REAL Bible Highway, Id LOVE to see it.

Also, Paul and Christ BOTH show that celibacy isnt a gift that many have. Celibacy is probably the most spiritually productive situation since one doesnt have to divide their attention between God and a spouse and children, but scripture VERY clearly shows that marriage IS honorable, ISNT sin and is very clearly encouraged if one is having trouble in being UNmarried.

When you return from the brink of absurdity, give me a ring...

I believe that you know what I was getting at HuntingMan. You maintain that transexuals, transgendered, and homosexual men and women's natures are the result of the fall. (Gen.1-3) You maintain that the Bible teaches that these people must turn from this unnatural nature and become 100% heterosexual because it is sinful. My reason for bringing up the 'parallel parking' example is to show how ridiculous it is to hold the position that these men afflicted with this female trait is the result of the fall. (Gen.1-3) I could have just as well have used the example of the male Interior Decorator.

In fact the language Paul uses, shows that marriage is the "way of escape" (see 1 Corinthians 10:13) from the temptation to fornication. So my question to you is if someone does not have the gift of celibacy, but they tempted not to heterosexual fornication, but to homosexual fornication, and you deny same-sex marriage, where is the promised "way of escape"?

Frankly I didnt but I still dont care.
THIS discussion is about the NATURAL order of MARRIAGE that GOD set into place in the beginning that is CONFIRMED thruout the WHOLE bible.....NOT about how men and women park their cars

Absolutely one of the primary reasons tho some seem to be unable to deal with that fact.

Absolutely I would concur with Gods word that it is forbidden.
I cant condone UNnatural homosexuality any more than I could condone UNnatural lusts for children.

No it is not. You have created so many gay threads that you must have forgotten which thread you were on when you posted your answer.

This is the Romans 1:26-27 Vile Affections thread.

Quite frankly ALL of my threads are working towards the SAME point...that GOD created marriage to be between man and woman and THAT is what is 'natural' and according TO 'nature' that HE set into place. :)

I've heard people who have had a very broad definition of what isn't acceptable in marriage. I think it's how they interpret scripture to be or read. Christian churches haven't always believed or preached what most do now about sexuality.
