As for protestantism, they have some things right, but now days mostly resembles some sort of weird gnosticism guilty of bibliolatry

Yes you see, I believe you just said something there which is the basis of bibliolatry. If anything is the Word of God, it is Jesus. And I have seen so many protestants, especially in America, who worship the bible rather than God. They haven't and can't find God outside of it. So, as a consequence, they lock God up in a book. That was not the intention of one single person who wrote the bible.

And, Roman is not a term used by the Catholic Church. It was made up by Anglicans nearly 200 years ago!

It was used by them when I grew up in the RCC.

Within the Catholic Church there are a number of individual churches, sometimes called rites. One of these is the Roman rite or Roman church. It includes most of the Catholics in the Western world. A Roman Catholic is a Catholic who is a member of the Roman rite.

There are many Catholics in the East who are not Roman Catholics, such as Maronite Catholics, Ukrainian Catholics, and Chaldean Catholics. These are all in communion with the pope, but they are not members of the Roman rite, so they are not Roman Catholics.

The Roman rite is not stricter than these other rights. They are equal. They all teach the same faith; it is only local customs that are different among them.

I am not judging anyone. I am just saying what I am certain is the case. And I believe it to be a problem, because pastors teach sheep about the bible but not about God.

If u know your history you will know that the Catholic Church was the only one. It was the original church.

It's when Luther came along that ll these other 1,000s of denominations sprung up!

Wrong again....the Roman church to which you espouse came into being 323 AD....the true Christians who succeeded the apostles were around ever since the days of Jesus....time you put down the Roman propaganda and studied the Bible and true historical accounts.

Just to clue you in, it is the Roman Catholic Church, and Dave Hunt was right if as you claim he calls the Roman church the harlot riding the beast in Rev 17 and they all work contrary to your denial...no hunting to do..it is there in plain sight....

Here's a hint for you....the Bible Revelation 17 says "the city that sits on seven mountains"......So it's a religious organization, situated in Rome, it;s colours are scarlet and purple, it blasphemes God, it is wealthy adorned in gold, silver and diamonds....leaves little doubt who it is does it?
