CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

MySue, when do you hold VBS? What ages are your Jr Church? I'm sure the cheese and pepperoni were excellent!!

Love all, trust a few. Do wrong to none.
VBS is the last full week in July. My kids are 4-12. They can no longer be in the nursery after age 3. Sometimes it's hard because of the age span, but they're all so cute! A little active @ times, but cute.
Last week for Isaiah 1:18 we made snowmen. Afterwards the kids began gluing the cotton on their faces for beards and mustashes. It was so funny! I could have stopped them, got mad and made them stop, but the one kid looked like Col. Sanders I got the biggest kick out of it.
Thank goodness Elmer's washes off or I'd have some splainin' to do.

I think I've grown more patient with kids the older I get. As a young mother I would have been upset if my kids had glued cotton to their face...today I say, knock yourself out!! Wait til the grandkids come along
