Robot RPG

I want to play an RPG where I'm a robot and as I go along through the game, I can 'upgrade' myself by being able to purchase new armor platings, install better self-repair programs, weapons, etc.

Kinda like how you're (somewhat) able to level-up your HK unit in KOTOR.

But it should be a robot rpg with a cool story... like a robot who suddenly activates in the middle of a junk heap, almost stripped entirely of all armour, weapons, etc. And his/her memory is completely fragmented, so the only thing they know is that they have to seek and destroy the person who tried to terminate them.

Running such a game on a KOTOR engine would be cool too.

Anyone know of such a game?

There's a number of mech games...sort of like that. The Mechwarrior series comes to mind, but they aren't really RPGs. There are other RPGs with robots in your party which you can upgrade(not unlike KOTOR), but I cannot think of one which revolves completely around robots.
