  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I can't find anywhere near me that does lessons for adults, I might have to join the kids class!! Anyway a few years ago I went to a worship conference where the emphasis was that everyone could present worship to God in the way they felt most comfortable, instead of only having music and singing. It was the most awesome week of my life but the point is that I have always loved Celtic music and that week I spontanously did an irish dance in the worship and some people told me afterwards (who were from Ireland) that is was very good, except that is was Scottish not Irish (something to do with moving your hands). Which makes perfect sense since my mother's ancestors are Scottish. I would love to learn to do it properly though.

It would be great to find a place where adults could learn to dance without feeling self-conscious. Guess, I'll just have to watch the video again and again and wish upon a star.............Anyway, Riverdance is great and so is any of the celtic dance, wish i was dancing with them.

Sometimes people think dancing is wrong. But I believe it was David who danced before the Lord. Personally, I love to dance, but I won't go to a bar or anykind of drinking establishment. Unfortunately, around here, that is all there is. I guess I will have to stick watching Riverdance and Lord of the Dance and dream......lol
