My mom knows how to make Pork Adobo
that is one of my fav
how do you make it? I hear everyone makes it a different way

Yes, it is one of our famous food here.

It depends on one's taste I guess. The amount of vinegar and soysauce that you put in and how you balance it out is a bit tricky. Lots of spices to add in. Some put in pineapple chunks.

Chicken Adobo is more tasty in my opinion.

I have had a craving for Red Delicious Apples

I also like Clos Normand Brut Cider from northern France

Brown sugar? Haven't tried it with brown sugar yet.
Try adding some black pepper leaves and pulverized black pepper.

Adobo is easy to make.
One of the first food I ever got to cook.

I still watch Spirited Away from time to time. I remember starting the thread and you posting on it. Which eventually began the friendship.
Have you tried Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind? Super nice Miyazaki movie.

Ireland, a small part of my heritage is Irish, and it looks like such a beautiful country

Mexico would be nice to visit such an interesting place

I used to want to visit the Philippines
but that desire is not so great anymore....

I am not sure about that
lol maybe the hopes of going to visit you will make me want to see the Philippines
