Q: Are Florsyls born or seeded? Do they have actual families? How old do they get?

Both, kind of. They use pollenation, but the new Florsyl is still born of a female. I can develope a more intricate description of mating, maturation, etc, but for the bare purpose of answering your question, they're born and have families.

Hmm... I'll have to work something up. Like... being born live, but being placed in some kind of communal nursery where they grow in the ground? Fed by nutrients in the soil or from like... a Mother Tree, or something, that actually channels life energy through its roots by the command of Florsyl plant-manipulation?
