Well, you have to recover the various pieces of Gutenburg's Bible from a number of different exotic locations.

It's first person shooter, with a lot of exploration and some puzzle solving involved.

Your enemies are demons and various creatures. No gore, of course.

I've enjoyed it so far.

It was made by N'Lightning software. Their website would have pics.

I hear of an action RPG in the works, which is based on pilgrims progress, by Remnant Entertainment. There are a couple of free homemade RPGs available out there. They exist mainly just for laughs.

I don't know if "Victory at Hebron" would be classified as RPG. More of a battle-card-strategy game. (Haven't played it.)

You can find Ominous Horizions on ebay for about $12. That's where I got it.

Update: Played the demo of Vitory at Hebron. Very disappointed.

To me Christian gaming is one of the most interesting topics to talk about. It has always been a dream of mine to create Christian games. Especially RPGs and adventures. Some time ago I searched the internet for Christian games, but I couldn't find very much. I did find some very interesting puzzle games which were very well made, but I can't remember the name. I downloaded the demos though, so I will try to find them later.

I really think there can be Christian games. They can be very good alternatives to the secular games.

Its going to take a lot of work to catch the attention of worldly people. Especialy with the absence of blood and guts.

Even I won't buy a video game where you run around and hug everyone ;)

Some people play the Sims to do just that ;)

I think it would be good if there were more good Christian games, and I am positive that it is possible to write a game that both Christians and non-christians would like. It has to be possible to make a good adventure game for example. Especially because I think adventure games are more popular again. Just look at Syberia II, Myst IV, Schizm II and some others as well. I just think it's weird that there are so many good Christrian authors (I especially like Frank Peretti) who write very good books, but there aren't any people who can write good games. It would be so cool to play a game based on one of the Peretti books, or something similar.

It's also possible to make games just for Christians. I would love to see adventure games based on Biblical times. Wouldn't it be cool te play a game based on the time of King David where you can walk around in the land of Israel?
