I am suggesting that there have been lots of people on welfare who have gotten something for doing nothing, which would serve as the reparations their ancestors earned when they did something and received nothing.
Do you really believe this?
Because as an African American, I take real resentment in what it implies.
Racism, whatever form it comes in or whatever lable you place on it is a condition of the heart. In my opion, nothing more and nothing less.
I deal with the public daily, as an officer I am the first person people call in stress and the last person anyone wants to see. I've met thousands of people of every race on the planet.
You will find good and bad in each race.
Again I hope that it's just a joke.
