Greetings from a sunny South Africa
I agree with thaiv that:

What do all the symbols mean in this text?
The "dragon"
The dragon is none other than Satan himself. Refer to Rev 12:3 as well as Rev 12:9. The red colour shows his murderous character (also refer to Joh 8:44) whilst his 7 heads and 7 crowns depict the completeness and universality of his power and influence.

The "beast"
The beast symbolises the Antichrist - not Satan, but someone under his power and control. This Antichrist looks like a combination of the 4 beasts that Daniel wrote cabout in Dan 7. He is the final Gentile world ruler, also known as the wilful king (Dan 11:36), the coming prince (Dan 9:26) and the man of sin (2 Thes 2:3).

The "false prophet"
The false prophet or second beast (Rev 13:11) will be the chief religious figure in the world during the years of tribulation. He will be influential in religious affairs, motivated by Satan and will use signs and wonders to proof to the world his ministry. Furthermore, he will have power over death and authority over commerce.

How do the "three evil spirits" talk like "frogs"?
Frogs are considered to be a symbol of fertility. The Egyptians had a goddess called Heket (which was the spouse of the god Khnum) who is depicted as a woman with a frog's head. She had to blow the breath of life into the nostrils of the bodies that her husband fashioned out of clay on the potter's wheel.
A wonderful imitation of what the Lord did in Gen 2:7.
There will be fertile words (words that will render a good harvest) coming from the unholy trinity.
CONCLUSION
Just as the
Father sent the
Son, so will
Satan send the
Antichrist.
As the
Son sends the
Holy Spirit to accomplish His purpose, so will the
False Prophet carry out the programs of the
Antichrist.

Be BLESSED by the BEST and stay within the confinements of PEACE
