The first two, though errors, would not disqualify you as a Christian. Bad habits likewise would not - unless carried out willfully and intensely, or over a long period of time.

The First Commandment is more complicated, but there are many people (me included) who have broken it quite badly and have repented of it, and were accepted back.

If you are comfortable sharing, what did you do exactly in violation of the First?

I was a back slider for 4-5 years about, but repented.

God DOES take back those who turned away from Him.

Gints, please pray this prayer -

Father God, I commit my life to you again.

The Story of the Lost Son
Jesus continued, “There was a man who had two sons. The younger son spoke to his father. He said, ‘Father, give me my share of the family property.’ So the father divided his property between his two sons.

God receives those who have left him. Look at Peter. Peter denied knowing Jesus three times, and yet when all was said and done Jesus accepted him with open arms.

one thing is certain, until a person is still alive they have a chance to return back to Him

Yes, God does take back those who strayed. Seek Him with all your heart, and be persistent. Read James 4 and Jer 29:11-ff

For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who looks on the Son and believes in him should have eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day.” -John 6:40​
