Hello Everyone! Hope you had a great weekend. Was at a ballet festival with my daughter, had a good time but it was exhausting (yes, even for the mom who didn't dance!). It's always good to be home.

Not sure why they shaved this one, but when I worked at the VET clinic we shaved them some times because they were so matted that it was easier for them to be shaved and some people with long hair cats would have them shaved in the spring so they would not get matted and get things tangled in their fur.

Not sure why they shaved this one, but when I worked at the VET clinic we shaved them some times because they were so matted that it was easier for them to be shaved and some people with long hair cats would have them shaved in the spring so they would not get matted and get things tangled in their fur.

I have seen people buzz their pet's hair short in the warm weather, but not shave them nekked. Maybe it was a matting problem or it had some medical problem.

I'm probly going to shave my long haired dog this summer, he has so much undercoat that I'm just going to buzz it all off & start over.
