Your rep power is based on three things.
1. Your reputation
2. Your number of posts
3. How long you have been here

You get 1 point for each 1000 reputation points, so 13,000,000 rep points would equal 13,000 points in reputation altering power.

You get 1 point for each 1000 posts, so if you have 20,000 posts, you would have 20 points of reputation altering power

You get 1 point for each year you have been here. And then there is 1 random point that I don't know where it comes from.

So to get to your reputation altering power, add together your points from each of the above areas, then add 1, and that is the magic number.

I just reported it. I "reported" Rep Daddy as he's the first one in the thread. I made a note that I wasn't reporting him just letting them know that the thread was a duplicate and needed to be closed.
