Rep swapping is where you post that you would like to trade a rep with someone - i think a lot of people in this thread are just random repping and swapping without posting that they want to trade
Actually, the object of this game is reciprocation. When you rep someone, they should rep you back. Likewise, when someone reps you, you should rep them back. You can make arrangements to rep swap with someone with the same rep amount. That is the optimistic goal and intention of this thread, a place for people with less than 10 stars to be able to boost each others rep power reciprocally. But, since there isn't a very (rep power) diverse group of people playing, we're not strict about it.

This is a nice thread. There is no condemnation here. People can rep how they wish to, without getting chewed out for "doing it wrong". You can rep swap, you can rep swap and rep everyone on the page. You can rep for a funny post. The important point is to be an encouragement to others, and to be encouraged in return. Which is why I created it. As a sort of safe haven for people with a heart like my own, who only want to be kindly affectionate towards others and be treated with kindness and christian affection in return.

Thanks for playing my game. I hope you'll continue to do so. God bless you. :)

Morning all. I know we're suppossed to trade, however I have found that difficult. For the next time I see someone at my rep ability they have 2,3, or more stars.

So I just give. I enjoy repping anyway, but I sure would love to have stars. At first I was intimidated with those like Angel, Shushi has changed this morning, I think, and scjohnson, Talmidah, and such but then it was like...just rep them.

Have a blessed morning everyone.

I got everyone on the last two pages.

Theoretically you agree to trade a certain number of reps with someone at about the same level as you.

There's no problem with people randomly repping to be nice (it can be quite a blessing), but there's not an obligation to rep back unless you agree to it first. Some just like to spread it around!
I'm sorry, but that's not actually true. But, thank you for trying to help though.

This is my opening post:
This will be a thread for rep swapping for people who have 10 stars or less ONLY. Swap equal reps if you can. Post your amount, and that you have a rep to swap.

If you have more than 10 stars, and want to rep others here, please feel free to do so. But, this will be a goodwill rep, and carry no obligation to rep in equal amount back.

Okay...let's get started! Happy repping everyone! And God bless you!
As you can see, the only members that the o.p. says there is not an obligation to rep back, are members with more than 10 stars, specifically no obligation to rep them back in equal amount. I wrote this more for them than for any of you. So, that if they repped, they would do so, without the expectation of you owing them more than you could pay. ;)

There is no "obligation" to rep others at all, but for we who are Christians, there is an "admonishment". The Bible does not say, "take, and give nothing back". It says "give, and it shall be given unto you". (Lk 6:38) If you don't feel obliged to give to those who give to you, I don't know what to tell you, other than that's not what I was taught as a Christian growing up. And it would never be something I would write in to the rules on a Christian forum. (I can hear both my mother and my grandmother chastising me, if I ever even thought that way.)

So, again, I want to admonish those posting to my thread, to give to who you have received. Not with the intention of getting. But, with the intention of encouraging each other. We don't do this because we have to. We do this because we want to be more like Him. Right?

If anyone is still unsure of the "rules" (or anything you might do in life as a Christian), measure your actions and intentions against the Bible. Ask yourself, will it encourage others? Will it please God? If the answer is "yes", then you're doing it right.

Thanks again, and God bless.
