So imagine remodelling the bible as a science textbook.

What order would be correct (on the assumption that the Word of God is already the truth ____ and a scientific order to the truth (in words) is - it would be rationale to conjecture - a possible approximation of science)?

You may or may not, wish to use fewer books.

Interestingly, the people at Reasons to Believe (reasons.org) have done just that. They have used the Bible as the source of truth when determining where to come up with the next scientific theories. It kind of turns the evolution / Bible debate on its head. They claim that the Bible, rightly read, does the best job of explaining the science behind evolution, cosmology, genetics, anthropology, geology and other sciences that have seemed to cause such conflict in the past century between evangelical Christians and scientists. Worth checking it out, more than I can go into detail here about.
