We didn't get our first color TV until I was in 7th grade.

Remember Rainbow brite?

..and StrawBerry Shortcake. Betamax was apparently a better format, but due to troubles with licensing and lesser marketing.. VHS won. The compact disc was released in 1982. I remember it was 1985 or 86 that my family got a compact disc player.. The soundtrack to Back To The Future was our first cd.

I DO! There was 3 foot of snow, and we had to walk to school both ways uphill in the snow, 5 miles! And the girls were not allowed to wear pants under their dresses!

Thundercats was great. Also was a show, with a name like the Seven Cities of Gold.. or something like that.. I don't remember the name exactly, but it was excellent.
