Remember Dallas?

Do you all remember the CBS soap Dallas 1979-1991 because when I was a kid I used to watch that show called Dallas? I loved that show since I was a kid. Do you all remember that was the soap that started all prime time soaps like Dynasty.

I remember diving infront of TV to watch Dallas... of course it was off the air and I just got all the re-runs by time I started watching it, but it was still a real enjoyable show to watch.

theres a reunion for Dallas coming on TV soon. I'm not sure when or what channel though

I heard yesterday that there are plans to make a movie based on the show. There's already plans to make a Dukes of Hazard movie with Jessica Simpson as Daisy Duke and several other really awful casting decisions. I often think of Dukes of Hazard when I think of Dallas since Dallas was immediately after Dukes of Hazard.

What I remmember most is " Who Shot JR " had people guessing for ages !

I remember when it was on TV but never watched it.

My dad used to really like it so I watched it with him as a kid. I remember watching Bobby emerge in the shower that one season. That series was good for it's time.

For a tv record around the world the Who Shot JR? show was at a time over 280 million viewers. They were on the the news covers of Newsweek and People. It was like the Beatles!

I remember my mom and sisters watching it all the time while growing up. Dad and I would look at each other, groan and he'd go to sleep or read the paper and I'd go play or read comics.
