A state law that forces a person to act in violation of his religious beliefs is a miscarriage of justice.

Why do only religious beliefs get exempt? What if a person is simply a good old-fashioned bigot?

In that case he would likely sue the photographer for not accepting him as a client

Even if his religious beliefs required him to choose that particular photographer?

Yes, even in that case a bigot would sue the photographer not realizing his religion required him to choose that photographer but did not require the photographer to accept

So you would deny someone's religious conscience to be served by a specific photographer? Shame on you.

And a person's bigotry, no matter what sanctimonious mask they choose to hide it behind, holds no sway over the law of the land.

Wrong.

It is against the law to be a bigot towards the clientele in New Mexico.

We follow the rule of law here in America. Apparently you do not live in America.

If religious people in New Mexico whom own a business open to the public doesn't like it they can move to Arizona. Arizona is trying to be the bigot state of the union.

It appears now to be legal to display bigotry toward religious people. That's a miscarriage of justice

You've got it all backwards. It was not the gay couple who refused to have the Christian take their photos

Justice is sweet. It is even sweeter when it hits hard on the bigots.

The bigots are the homosexual couple, part of what is now being referred to as the homosexual mafia

Still getting it wrong.

The facts here is the Christian denied the gay couple.

We understand that this is not the justice you had prayed for. Looks like you are on the wrong side of the law. Even the conservative Supreme Court disagrees with you!

How are they bigoted? Because they choose to make use of the law after somebody discriminated against them? Got a news flash for you, there is no such thing as an absolute right in the United States. Individual rights need to be balanced against the rights of the many.

Aww... feeling persecuted? Feeling victimized? Is the homosexual mafia out to get you, too?

The facts are that the homosexuals so believed their way was the right way that they used the force of government to gain compliance. That's the very definition of bigotry

I see SOMEBODY doesn't really care about the rule of law.

LOL

You've been shown to be on the wrong side of this issue, and the conservative Supreme Court disagrees with you.
