24 May 2025 – Somalia​

Please pray for believers living in very hostile places or environments that suppress their freedom of belief and worship, particularly that they would have resilience in times of persecution as well as opportunities to share their faith with family members.

23 May 2025 – Somalia​

Please pray for our partner organisation which has experienced a major setback that could severely impact the way it supports Somali believers. Pray for wisdom and guidance for the leadership team.

22 May 2025 – Somalia​

Praise God for a recent large network gathering of Somali believers for fellowship and encouragement. Pray that one of the continuing benefits of this gathering would be the impact on the wider Somali communities.

21 May 2025 – Afghanistan​

Pray that our partner’s Afghan follow-up teams would be refreshed and equipped to share the good news with wisdom and courage through multiple daily phone calls.

20 May 2025 – Afghanistan​

Thank the Lord for our partner’s follow-up teams which are made up of Afghan Christians who respond to inquirers inside Afghanistan who have made contact as a result of their broadcasts (see previous day), answering questions, praying and bringing encouragement.

19 May 2025 – Afghanistan​

Give thanks for Release International’s partners who produce and broadcast Christian content in a variety of different media into Afghanistan. Pray that there would be a significant response from many.

18 May 2025 – Afghanistan​

Pray for ‘Mukhtar’, who fled from Afghanistan to Pakistan in search of safety. However, in Pakistan he has been beaten up and continues to receive death threats. Pray that God would make a way for him and his family to find a place of safety.
