I know I've heard Philip use that term before.
I'm refering to the homologoumena and the antilegomena. I have a couple quotes from Western Church fathers, but none from the East.

In general, my impression is you will find very little discussion of this in Orthodoxy. Its certainly widely understood that the formation of the canon underwent a period of transmission and formation, both oral and written, with some disputation about the apostolic merit of some books. However, an authoritative list of accepted books was eventually agreed on as being inspired in origin based on what appeared in the writings of Athanasius, and this list was later affirmed by a council.
The only book Ive seen much suspicion of in the East is Revelation.
