What do you define by having a relationship with God?
It consists of a mutual love, with His ever present and mine sometimes strong, sometimes weak. It means me striving to obey His will and striving to love neighbor. It means me freely partaking of Him in the Eucharist and seeking Him in prayer, knowing that "Apart from Me you can do nothing".What do you define by having a relationship with God?
We wouldn’t know that was His intention unless He had made the mystery known. Romans 7:3-4 shows the 2 natures as the (old nature) husband’s death and the (new nature) wife’s freedom in Christ, for the purpose of bearing fruit to Him.The Bible shows God as a husband and his people as a wife. How can you relate with that idea?

This!I share everything with Him, good, bad... challenging... humbling... exciting... sad.
I make an effort to get to know Him a little more every day because I Love Him and desire to know Him as He knows me.
I trust Him in feast or famine. I surrender to Him that He can use me whenever and wherever He pleases if it benefits His Hopes and Dreams concerning people.
I place Him above all other relationships and acknowledge that He is the most significant part of my Life.
I count all Joy, in Him, though bad comes into my life through my failures or the failures of others.
He is my Teacher, I am His Disciple.
He is entrusted with my very Soul. I willingly surrender my will to Him, but thank Him for my individuality.
He is my Idol. He is my Parent. He is my Best Friend.
