I've been lazy this morning

Think I'd better go and make brekkie - the blasted local show offs with their back garden displays kept me awake

I watched a bit of the Edinburgh Tattoo this morning. very impressive indeed...

I dunno - these daft Irish folk

I watched the Video [ on the BBC Site] of the London Fireworks - SPECTACULAR !! Edinburgh was good - it always is and with the Castle as a backdrop you can't ask for better.

BUT my New Year's Resolutions are:

Write a poetry book called "Ripples"
Write one called "You are Mine"
Write a book of Meditations called "The Stones Cry Out"
Learn to speak Polish
Learn a new musical instrument

Will that do?

I think for me, a resolution is to re-introduce myself to the eating of humble pie. the arrogant streak has been to the fore for too long now...
