Apparently I have a very high upper arch. Which made getting am impression a big challenge. It took three attempts!

We got there in the end.

So when I go back the temporary denture will be ready after the two extractions.

There's only one kind of porridge - made with oatmeal - no added flavours

Ahh... we have 3 kinds of gruel over here: Oat based - oatmeal. Wheat based- farina or cream of wheat. Corn based- grits.

Its done. Thats all that matters now. But when I was they had to do it for a third time/ I wasn't very happy. But in fairness to my dentist, she was doing her best...

I was given a tip which does seem to work , if your tummy starts to get worried by all the gunk going into your mouth - try very from pressure with your right thumb on your left palm, while supporting your left hand between your right thumb [ pressing down on the palm ] and the finger of your right hand.

We have the same sky. Snap!

We're going to Stillorgan today to get Max's crate/cage. Yes, we've decided on Max.

The crate will be very well lined with comfy bedding and will be where he sleeps at night (whether he likes it or not). We will make it a fun place for him. At least for the first few months until we can trust him at 3am...

Ah yes - and of course you want the cage to be where Max feels comfortable and secure - a safe haven for him in fact when the world [ you and your Mum ] are a bit much for him to cope with .

I only had the 3am stuff with tiny humans - our hounds were adult trained dogs when they came to us as rescues

Absolutely true. He needs a psychological safe haven.

I hope the house training (i.e. toilet training) will be sorted in a week or two at the max. That will be a huge achievement...
