Hmmm, at that angle it doesn't jump out as Police chopper. The livery is a little dark.

yes, they're working with the database, MC. This happens periodically.

when the servers get full, the stuff that's on them gets transfered and saved to the archives. This has been happening for years, so it's nothing new. It just takes a long while to get everything transfered is all.
